Happy New Year! I’ve been working on being grateful lately, and while 2016 was not our finest year, we experienced a lot of joy, got a ton of support from family and friends, and grew as individuals and in our marriage. So, I say Thank You to 2016, and a big hearty WELCOME to 2017!
Let’s be completely honest for a second. Even if you don’t have a “new year’s resolution” to lose weight, everyone wants to eat better. Eating well makes you feel good, it makes you look good (not just weight wise, I’m talking about your skin) and it’s just smart if you want to have a good, long life.
So, in that spirit, here are 13 recipes from my very own archives that will help you start out your 2017 looking and feeling the best you can.
