If you are like me, you are always looking for ways to eat better. Healthy snacks that are easy to make rank high on my “I’m excited about you!” list of foods, and bonus points if my kids will eat it. Well, this homemade White Bean Hummus with Artichokes checks off every box on my list.
My baby girl is really into dip right now. Anything she can eat off of a chip or a carrot stick is her idea of a great meal. I absolutely love giving her this White Bean Hummus with Artichokes because it has protein, veggies and good fats in it. Which means she’s eating well and doesn’t even know it!
This White Bean Hummus is crazy creamy. I actually did not expect it to be that creamy since traditional hummus has a bit of a texture to it, you know? But I blended this hummus up for a good while and even with the artichoke hearts in it, the texture was silky smooth.

For seriously, you just throw everything together, turn on your machine, and drizzle the olive oil in while it blends together to a heavenly, creamy, flavorful snack.
