This is the third installment of my new weekly meal plan with printable shopping lists! No matter my good intentions of planning ahead and getting multiple lists done at one time, I’m still scrambling to get this thing done the night before. You wouldn’t think one post a week would be a lot, would you? Must manage my time better.
Let me know what you think of the recipes I’ve chosen! Are they too complicated or time consuming? Or maybe they’re working for you! Either way, I’d love to hear about it.
If you have any questions, please just ask away. I am so excited about this and I really want it to work for you.

*NOTE – All shopping list ingredients will be for serving TWO-FOUR people, depending on how much you eat, no matter how many the recipe says it serves.
Sunday – Ribs with Corn and Easy Creamy Coleslaw

Note: 1) These ribs are so easy! Fifteen minutes of prep and two hours of hands off oven time. Don’t be scared! 2) This corn recipe is not something I would make regularly so if you don’t want to cook your corn in a ton of butter and milk, check the corn recipe from last week out.
Monday – One Pan Balsamic Chicken and Veggies

Note: I would make my own Italian dressing instead of buying a bottled one, but the bottled kind is definitely convenient.
Tuesday – Chinese Green Beans and Ground Turkey

Note: If you’ve never bough fresh ginger before, you can break off any amount you want from the big ginger roots at the grocery store. You only need a nob of it for this recipe.
Wednesday – Slow Cooker Peperoncini Beef with Crispy Roasted Garlic Potatoes
Download Shopping List → [download-attachment id=”814″ title=”slowcookerpepperoncinibeefwithroastedgarlicpotatoes”]
Note: 1) The recipe says to cook on low for 6-8 hours, but you can cook it longer if you are gone longer than that at work all day. It will just get yummier. 2) I suggest potatoes as a side because rice is part of dinner the night before, but this would be great with rice too.
Thursday – Slow Cooker Creole Chicken and Sausage
Download Shopping List → [download-attachment id=”815″ title=”slowcookercreolechickensausage”]
Note: 1) This recipe suggests serving the stew over rice, but if you don’t want to do rice, serve it over mashed potatoes or just with some good bread. 2) You can cut out the cayenne pepper if you don’t want it to be too spicy.

Note: 1) I always make this with boneless skinless chicken breasts and cook it the same way. 2) I don’t use the butter.
Saturday – Day off! Eat out or order in.
